    Product Description

    Siemens 3RT2924-5AM21 replacement coil rated at 208v50/60Hz and fits into the new style Sirius 3RT2023-1AM20, 3RT2024-1AM20 and 3RT2025-1AM20 3 pole IEC rated contactors. This Siemens replacement coil does not come with replacement armature or binding bar and only the coil itself (plastic base and windings) is provided as pictured.

    The process for replacing the 3RT2924 coil is simple but the proper steps must be followed.  The first step is to separate the cover from the base.  This is accomplished by using a flat head screwdriver and removing the U-clips on both the line and load side.  Gently remove the top cover to reveal the coil which is locked into the base.  To remove the coil, release the white clips that a inserted into each side of the base.  This will release the coil and it can be replaced assuming the coil has not burnt to the armature and if that is the case, the entire contactor will need to be replaced
