    SHIPPING POLICY

    All items shipped are FOB Origin from Newton, NJ 07860.

    Items that are in stock and requested to ship by UPS GROUND or AIR must be received by 4 p.m. EST or will ship out the following day.

    All UPS deliveries are based on business days (Monday through Friday). If you place an order for UPS-RED shipment on Friday you will receive it on Monday. If you place a UPS-BLUE 2 Day delivery on Thursday you will receive it on Monday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday (though Saturday delivery is possible with an additional fee. These orders must be placed over the phone.)

    We can ship via your UPS collect account number if that option is chosen in the checkout process. A valid UPS account number must be provided

    Shipments via the United States Postal Service must be received by 2 p.m. EST for same day shipment

    RETURN POLICY

    All stock items may be returned within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee. A Return Materials Authorization form must be issued and be included with the return of the order. Each returned item must be unused and in original manufacturers package suitable for resale.

    All non-stock items are non-returnable unless special circumstances exist and a Kent Industries Authorized R.M.A. is issued

    All special order items specifically tailored to your order are non-returnable.

    While we do try to ensure that we send out the correct item for your order, mistakes do happen. Please note that we must be contacted within 1 week after you have received the shipment if it is shipped incorrectly otherwise we cannot replace the items at no cost.
