The Eaton XTCE065D is a 65A, 3-pole IEC contactor from Eaton’s XT series (also known as the Moeller DILM65). Rated at 50 HP at 460V three-phase (65A AC-3 / 88A AC-1), the XTCE065D is designed for non-reversing motor control and resistive or inductive load switching in industrial applications. The base XTCE065D has no built-in auxiliary contacts — up to 6 can be added via plug-in top-mount and side-mount blocks. The coil voltage is selected by part number suffix — see the table below. The coil is also field-replaceable without tools, a key advantage of the XT series design.

- Field-Replaceable Coil: Unlike most IEC contactors, the XTCE065D coil can be replaced in the field without special tools. Remove two screws from the base, separate the top from the base, release four plastic tabs, and swap the coil. Replacement coils are stocked by Kent Electrical Supply: XTCERENCOILDA (120V) and XTCERENCOILDB (240V). This eliminates the need to replace the entire contactor when a coil burns out.
- No Built-In Auxiliary Contacts: The base XTCE065D ships with no auxiliary contacts (0 NO / 0 NC). Up to 6 auxiliary contacts can be added via plug-in accessories: a 4-pole top-mounted block and a 2-pole side-mounted block. This modular approach lets you configure exactly the signalling circuits your application requires.
- Plug-In Accessory System: Auxiliary contact blocks, overload relays, and other accessories snap directly onto the XTCE065D frame without additional wiring or adapters.
