The LS Electric MC-50A is a 50A, 3-pole IEC contactor from the Metasol MC series. Rated at 40 HP at 460V three-phase (50A AC-3 / 70A AC-1), the MC-50A includes 2 Normally Open (NO) + 2 Normally Closed (NC) built-in auxiliary contacts provided as two side-mounted blocks. It mounts on 35mm DIN rail or panel backplate and uses screw clamp terminals. LS Electric recommends the MC-50A as the direct replacement for the obsolete GMC-50 series.
