The WEG CWM40 Contactor is a high-quality, IEC-rated 3-pole switching device, serving as the versatile foundation for industrial motor control applications. This contactor is rated for 40 AMPS (AC-3 duty) and can handle motor loads up to 30 HP at 460V (3-phase) or 15 HP at 230V.
This base unit is sold without a pre-installed coil, giving you the flexibility to select the precise operating voltage required for your control circuit. It is the authorized, dimensionally, and electrically compatible replacement for the obsolete GE CL45A310M contactor.
